Hello everyone!
It´s really nice to be able to chat in a forum like this where everyone is interested in martial arts (especially capoeira!:P)
My name is Oscar and I´m 17 years old. I live in a small town north of Gothenburg, Sweden. My biggest interests in life is martial arts, books and friends. Right now I only practise Muay Thai (thai boxing) as martial art, but i have been emailing with a capoeira club here in sweden and i hope they will be able to open a club in my town, so hopefully I will start capoeira too :D
Also i practise:
-Badminton
-Golf
-Gym

I want to know as many of you guys as possible, so please tell me a little about yourself! If you want to know anything about me, just ask!

There are really cool capoeira site that can help you learn capoeira if your money is low check out capoeira nation

Meanwhile... good luck with your capoeira classes! If there is any advice you need on capoeira, start a new thread specific to that topic and we can answer you there.

Haha!! it´s not every day you win a prize! I wonder what it will be^^
Tomorrow I will go to gothenburg to test capoeira!:D
I think it will be really fun and i hope they can open a club here:)

Anyway,Im going to do as you said and start a new thread on advises about capoeira, and we´ll see what happends next:P

Hey Muay

I hope you enjoy your capoeira class. I would say my best piece of advice is to try your hardest to do everything!

Also try and get to a few different classes from different groups as each one will have their own style and personality. You need to find what suits you best?

i went to my first class yesterday, it was one of the best things i´ve done in my life!:D i will defenetly try to make them come to my town (scince there is no capoeira classs in my hometown):P
